Why Auvenna Exists

It started with watching my mother lose a part of herself.

I'm a doctor, and for years I thought I understood what my mother was going through. Then I watched her go through perimenopause up close — the hot flashes, the sleepless nights, and something that surprised even me: how much her hair thinning affected her. Every morning, a little more on her pillow. Every mirror, a little harder to look into. It wasn't vanity. It was watching a part of her identity slip away, day by day, and feeling like there was nothing on the shelf actually built for what she was going through.

Everything marketed to her was either generic hair-loss science — built for aging or genetics in general — or supplements dressed up with claims that didn't hold up when I looked closer. Nothing addressed the actual mechanism: declining estrogen changing her follicle cycle, while DHT's effect went relatively unchecked.

So I started doing what doctors do — I went looking for answers. I reached out to colleagues, compared notes, and dug into the actual published research on peptides like GHK-Cu and Procapil™. A few of us kept talking long after the first conversation should have ended. Eventually, those conversations became a formula, and that formula became Auvenna.

We built this for women exactly like my mother — not for hair loss in general, but for the specific hormonal shift of perimenopause and menopause.
