Auvenna products are cosmetic topical serums, not drugs or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. 3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs (for international orders).
